RENTAL PRICING & PROCESS
- Fill out our RENTAL APPLICATION
- Upon approval, you will get a phone call or email from our team. *For new customers the security deposit starts at $1,500.
- As soon as we get the information about your arrival date, we will provide you with a VIN number to the Truck or Trailer so you can add it to your physical Insurance (Value $25,000-$75,000)
Insurance requirements: Auto Liability: $1 Million; Physical Damage Under "DESCRIPTION OF VEHICLES” the year, make & model, VIN, and value must be added. Must list GSC LEASE LLC 409 Christina dr, East Dundee IL 60118 as LOSS PAYEE/CERTIFICATE HOLDER and additional insured. - While your insurance is pending approval, your Truck or Trailer will enter our repair shop for a multi-point inspection ensuring you're road ready and addressing any concerns.
- Once your insurance is verified and the multi-point inspection is completed. You will be notified that your Truck or Trailer is ready for pickup.
- Finally, your ready to Sign the Lease Agreement, and conduct a final Truck or Trailer inspection notating any issues. At this time the security deposit and first month's rent or proration will be due (*We do not accept credit cards).
